Follow the operator's age, height, weight and health limits and complete the safety briefing. Wear the provided life jacket and disclose any medical or mobility concern before boarding.
Swimwear or quick-dry clothing, towel, sunscreen, water, a change of clothes and government ID if requested. Remove jewellery and secure glasses before the ride.
Wear the life jacket and follow the instructor's signals. Keep hands and feet inside the craft when instructed, do not participate after alcohol, and stop if you feel unwell.
Water rides depend on wind, waves, visibility, tide and safety clearance. The operator may change the route, delay, reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation and rescheduling follow the selected water-sports operator's terms. If conditions or authorities stop the ride, ask about the next safe slot or refund option.
