These terms govern your use of the Book Andaman Activities website and your bookings made through it.

1. About our service
Book Andaman Activities helps customers discover and book tours, activities, transport and experiences in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. We may arrange bookings with independent activity operators and suppliers. The operator is responsible for delivering the booked activity in accordance with the booking details.
2. Using the website
You agree to provide accurate contact and traveller information, use the website lawfully, and not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems. We may correct listing errors, update availability or refuse a transaction where necessary to prevent fraud or operational problems.
3. Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.
- Prices, inclusions, exclusions, meeting points, duration and traveller requirements are shown on the relevant activity page or booking confirmation.
- You are responsible for checking the booking details and arriving at the specified meeting point on time with any required identification, tickets or permits.
- Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or payment credentials.
4. Operator terms and changes
Operators may require compliance with safety instructions, age or health restrictions, dress codes, identity requirements and local rules. Activities may be modified, delayed or cancelled because of weather, safety, government restrictions, transport disruption or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible and assist with available alternatives or refunds under our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and any activity-specific terms displayed during booking. Contact us before making travel arrangements that depend on a booking being changed or cancelled.
6. Responsibility and liability
You participate in activities at your own responsibility and should disclose relevant medical, mobility or other safety information to the operator. To the extent permitted by law, Book Andaman Activities is not responsible for indirect loss, missed personal plans or issues caused by an independent operator, carrier, weather event, government action or information supplied incorrectly by the customer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, graphics and code belong to Book Andaman Activities or the relevant rights holder. You may use the website for personal booking purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, sell or commercially exploit its content without permission.
8. Privacy and communications
We use the information you provide to process bookings, provide support and send booking-related communications. By submitting contact details, you confirm that they are yours or that you are authorised to provide them. Please contact us if you need help with a booking or a communication you received from us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies to future use and bookings. Terms already incorporated into a confirmed booking will continue to apply to that booking unless a change is required by law.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
